In 2003 we were fortunate enough to view some of Gerry's work at an exhibition and asked the question why we hadn't seen more of this amazing talent.

Gerry as a businessman works hard to make time to pursue his love of art and for creating his pieces, however has very little spare time left for the task of selling his works.

Following discussions and visits to his business premises, Gerry has now taken the very proactive step of opening up his own Gallery in very well designed rooms at his location in Kelmscott, Western Australia. By locating the gallery on-site Gerry is able to work, paint and exhibit under the one roof and views this progression as one he had always planned, but just needed the push.

The Gerry Gielingh Contemporary Art Gallery opens in June 2005 and is expected to create a considerable degree of interest in Perth from art lovers and critics alike.

Due to the unique nature of his works, the need to show these pieces to the rest of the world was viewed by ourselves as particularly important. With the advent of the internet we are now able to introduce Gerry and a cross section of his works to the public via this incredible medium.

By visiting this site you can learn a lot more about the artist, what drives him, what his views are and of course inspect his wonderful on-line gallery.
